Discovering who you are, who you were truly meant to be, is the profound inner change that comes from following the desires of your heart. There is purpose for those longings. How you face these invitations will shape what your life will become, how you hope, and who are in your relationships. Fear, anger, shame, and control often conceal the deepest longings and stymie a person’s growth. I provide hope to that situation by guiding the transformation process toward clarity, self-definition, and life’s purpose.

“He who has health, has hope; and he who has hope, has everything.”
–Arabian Proverb
I was called to become a clinician due to my deep value for family and the importance of mending broken relationships. Our society has become so fragmented that the longing for connection is a powerful drive that, when attended to, brings hope, healing, and self-acceptance. We do not travel this journey alone; becoming whole entails our becoming deeply tied to the important people in our lives.

“Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they are never weakness.” -Brene Brown
As we walk through this journey of life, we all encounter hardships, and challenges along the way. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, sit with you during pain and discomfort, and help you navigate the path towards restoration and healing. The truth of who we are is often distorted by fear, resentment, and shame which keeps us stuck. The healing process looks different for each individual. However, I believe that if you’re willing to enter vulnerability, you will be empowered to find self-acceptance, hope, and joy. I invite you to take those first steps toward discovering the courage you have possessed within all along.
